Terms & Cancellation Policy

These terms apply to every booking made with Limerick Bounce Co., whether online or by phone. By booking with us, you agree to the terms below.

Booking & Payment

You can choose how to pay for your booking:

  • A €50 deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due before delivery — payable in cash on the day, or via a payment link we send you in advance; or

  • The full amount, including delivery, paid online upfront.

If your booking includes 2 or more castles, a 10% discount is automatically applied to the price of the additional castle(s) at checkout — your first castle is charged at full price, and delivery is charged at the same fixed rate either way.

Online bookings require at least 3 days' notice before the start of your hire. For shorter notice, please call us on 085 188 1110 and we'll do our best to help.

Cancellation by You

- Cancellations made 3 or more days before your booking date are fully refundable.

- Cancellations made within 3 days of your booking date are subject to a late cancellation fee of €50.

 

To cancel or change a booking, please contact us as early as possible on 085 188 1110 or by email limerickbouncecobookings@gmail.com.

Cancellation Due to Weather

We deliver and collect as booked, whatever the weather on the day — hiring a castle from us does not include an automatic free reschedule or refund if conditions turn out to be windy, wet or otherwise unsuitable for use. Castles must only be set up on private property. By booking with us, you confirm that you understand the equipment is used at your own risk in the conditions on the day, and that Limerick Bounce Co. accepts no responsibility for injuries arising from use of the equipment during the hire period. If you have any concerns about the weather forecast for your date, please contact us before your booking date to discuss your options.

Delivery & Collection Windows

We agree a delivery and collection time window with you when you book. Our team will:

 

- Deliver, set up and safety-check your castle within the agreed window

- Anchor the castle securely to a flat, clear surface (grass, tarmac or hard standing) — see the individual castle page for the exact footprint required

- Return at the agreed time to collect and take the castle down — there's nothing for you to pack away

 

Please make sure the delivery route and setup area are clear and accessible before our team arrives, and that a standard power socket is available within 20m of the setup area.

 

Use of Equipment During Hire

 

To keep everyone safe, please make sure the following rules are followed for the whole time the castle is in use:

 

- An adult must supervise the castle at all times while it's in use

- No shoes, food, drink, chewing gum, party poppers, silly string or sharp objects on the castle

- No smoking near the castle

- Somersaults and rough play are not permitted

- Only children of a similar age and size should bounce together at the same time

- The maximum number of users at once must not be exceeded (see the individual castle page)

- The castle must not be used if it starts raining heavily or in strong winds — please stop use and contact us if you're unsure

Damage & Responsibility During Hire

The castle remains in your care from delivery until collection. You (the person who made the booking) are responsible for making sure it's used in line with the rules above and for any loss or damage caused by misuse, negligence or failure to supervise the equipment properly during that time. Reasonable wear and tear is expected and is not charged.

Age & Supervision Requirements

Our castles are suitable for children's use only, within the age range shown on each castle's page. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times while the castle is in use — this is a condition of hire, not just a recommendation.

Our Right to Cancel

In the rare case that we need to cancel your booking (for example, equipment failure or a genuine safety concern), we'll let you know as soon as possible and offer a full refund or a rescheduled date, whichever you prefer.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the version shown on our website at the time of your booking applies.
